Scrape or copy the entire site for republishing (linking is fine, cloning isn't)
Use my name, likeness, or content to impersonate me or mislead others
Attack the site (DDoS, hacking, etc.) — it's just a portfolio, come on

I've made every effort to ensure the information here is accurate, but:

Dates, roles, and descriptions reflect my memory and records
Company statuses (acquired, closed, etc.) are current as of the last update
If you spot an error, let me know — I'll fix it

Availability

This site is hosted on my own server (urban.homelinux.org). Uptime is usually solid, but:

I may take it down for maintenance
Hosting may change over time
No guarantees of 24/7 availability

It's a personal project, not a commercial service. Expect hobby-level SLAs.

Changes to These Terms

If these terms change meaningfully, I'll update this page and note the date below. For a static portfolio site, changes are unlikely.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, where I'm based. If there's ever a legal dispute (unlikely for a portfolio site), it would be handled under Portuguese jurisdiction.
